MVLCT Is thrilled to kick off our 45th Anniversary with a production of the Edward Albee classic, Who’s Afraid of Virgina Woolf?
Audition Dates:
Sunday, November 3 at 6:00pm in the Uptown Theatre at the First Street Community Center in Mount Vernon
Monday, November 4 at 6:00pm in the Uptown Theatre at the First Street Community Center in Mount Vernon
Callbacks (If needed) Tuesday, November 5 at 6:00 in the Uptown Theatre at the First Street Community Center in Mount Vernon
Performance Dates:
February 7-8 and 14-15, 2025 at 7:30pm and February 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the Uptown Theatre at the First Street Community Center in Mount Vernon
Audition Information:
This show is open to auditioners aged 18+.
No need to prepare anything as you’ll read selections from the script.
Come dressed to move.

Character Breakdown
George
A professor of history in a small New England college who is married to the daughter of the president of the college.
Martha
George's wife, a domineering, discontented woman who alternately loves and reviles her husband.
Nick
A new arrival on the faculty who is about thirty years old and interested in getting ahead.
Honey
Nick's wife, a rather uninteresting woman whose relationship with Nick and fear of adult responsibility have kept her a child.
