Throw Back Thursday – The Adventures of Rose Red (2013)

Here at MVLCT we are ready for some sunshine! Our 2013 production The Adventures of Rose Red certainly brought a lot of brightness to our audiences…along with lots of hi-jinx! From fairy tale princesses coming to life to cuddly spiders, a big bad wolf and a Prince Charming (or 2)—Rose Red was a delight.

On these rainy days in May, it is always nice to look outside and see a rainbow.

Throw Back Thursday – The Hundred Dresses (2019)


This month we are looking at some of our more colorful shows! The vibrancy of these productions—whether visually or otherwise brings us back to when we were together and gives us hope for when we can be again!

MVLCT is Going Digital

In honor of our 40th season, Mount Vernon-Lisbon Community Theatre will be releasing our summer production, “Every Single Note” online this July.

Every Single Note” is a collaborative theatrical piece that combines forty years of history with music, theatre, and celebration.

Over the course of the next few weeks, stories will be gathered and turned into plays. Those plays will be acted out by a collection of actors from MVLCT’s past and present.
